INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – further: GDPR, Caritas Polska informs you that:

I. Personal data controller

Caritas Polska with its seat in Warsaw at ul. Okopowa 55, 01-043, is the administrator of your personal data, e-mail address: caritaspolska@caritas.pl.

II. Data protection officer

The administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer, whom you can contact in writing to the following address: Caritas Polska, ul. Okopowa 55, 01-043 in Warsaw or electronically in the form of iodo@caritas.org.pl

III. Purposes of processing and grounds for processing

The basis for the processing of your personal data is the consent and the legitimate interest of the Administrator. We process your data in order to send you newsletters from Caritas Polska online and / or by traditional mail and for the purpose of pursuing possible claims.

IV. Categories of your data processed by us

We will process your personal data in the form of first and last name. If you provide your e-mail address, address for correspondence or telephone number in the form, we will also process this personal data.

V. Recipients of data

Your data may be shared with the following recipients:

administrator’s staff

companies supporting Caritas Polska in communication and building relationships with donors.

At the same time, your data may be transferred to external law firms supporting the administrator.

VI. Transferring data to third countries or international organizations

Caritas Polska will not transfer your personal data to third countries or international organizations.

VII. The period for which your personal data will be stored

Your data will be stored until the newsletter ceases to function or you withdraw your consent or the administrator decides to stop sending you the newsletter or until any claims against the Administrator are time-barred. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, if the processing is based on consent.

VIII. Information about your rights

Depending on the basis of processing, you are entitled to:

the right to request the administrator to access your personal data;

the right to rectify your personal data;

the right to delete your personal data;

the right to limit the processing to your personal data;

the right to object to the processing of your personal data;

the right to transfer your personal data;

the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data;

the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body in the form of the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

IX. Information on the voluntary nature of providing data

We would like to inform you that providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide them makes it impossible to achieve the goal. At the same time, Caritas Polska informs you that it will profile your personal data in order to better adjust the communication content for you.
